Pilates class cancelled for February 20th

Due to the storms coming in tonight we have had to cancel Pilates class tonight :( I really wish I was able to come out tonight and we could burn some calories and have a great time ! But I hope to see you all again next week February 27 at 6 pm !

Great first class !

I had a great evening last night teaching Pilates at the gym here in Linden it was really fun and I had a great group  with me ! The all did amazing and they really helped me because they all had great energy and were really up beat ! So Thank you to all of you who came last night it was really fun ! And A special Thank You to the Plunkett's  for allowing me to teach at their gym !

I am doing a 16 week challenge with the no excuse mom group and here is where I am beginning ! I have some work to do but we can do this !
