 Yummy peanut butter banana smoothie                                                                                                      
3 tbs of plan yogurt
2 tbs peanut butter
1 banana 
hand full of ice cubes 

Just throw it all in the blinder and blind until smooth and enjoy 






Brown rice flour Waffles  !
                                                                                                                                                               Recipe Ingredients                                                                                                                                          2 cups brown rice flour 1 tablespoon Gluten-Free Baking Powder 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1-1/4 cups milk 2 eggs, separated 6 tablespoons oil

Combine egg yolks, oil and milk. Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add to liquid ingredients. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in hot waffle iron. Recipe makes 4 Brown Rice Waffles.
 This is a great recipe ! All of my boys loves these waffles and my oldest is a picky eater !                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            





POP OVERS
4 eggs
11/4 c milk
2 tbs butter
1 c of your favorite gluten free flour
pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients then pour into muffin pan filling each about half way bake in oven at 400 for 25 min then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 15 more min take pop overs out of pan right away !




DETOX WATER
1 lemon
1 orange
1 cucumber
12 mint leafs
1 gallon of water
cut up all ingredient and add to water put in fridge for one hour  then drink !
